Fixed prompt in Dial-by-name Directory to request caller to press # after search entry.
Enhancements
Added ability to record and mange voicemail name and greatings directly from the User and Admin Portals for Free and OnDemand
Added help text and instructions accross the Free and OnDemand portals
Added Forgot Password reset link,"Can't access your account?", to OnDemand login page
Added the ability to record and playback your voicemail name and greeting from the User settings
Set a default time (30 seconds) to Find me, Follow me
Added help tips and link for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Gravatar options under the User settings
Added Company's main # to the top right of the Administration Portal for Phonebooth Free
Added ability to engage or disengage Finde me, Follow me for Phonebooth Free Users
